Before You Start

📋 Make sure you have the following to hand before you begin — you will need them during setup.

📋 Playlist Details

Username and Password sent when you subscribed.

🔒 VPN Details

Your OpenVPN Username and Password.

💡 The easiest way to get your VPN details is to load the previous working version of the box, press Help then Menu — take a photo of the Username and Password shown on screen.

⌨️ It's best to use a computer keyboard (wired or wireless via the USB port on the box) to enter your details — it's much quicker than using the remote.

📺 All steps in this guide are performed from the Home screen — the boot logo, black screen, or while a channel is playing.

Enter Your Credentials

Press Yellow on your remote

Click Providers

Click Live

Scroll down to USERNAME

Press TEXT on the remote to bring up the keyboard

Enter your Username as provided

Press Green to save

Scroll down to PASSWORD

Press TEXT on the remote to bring up the keyboard

Enter your Password as provided

Press Green to save

Press Green again to save both details

Build Your Bouquets

Press Back once

Click Create Bouquets or press Green to run

Click Yes to confirm

Wait until you see the EPG events counting up

⏱️ This process will take more than 30 seconds. If it finishes in much less time, it hasn't worked — go back and check your details.

Once complete, press Exit twice

Press TV or FAV

You should now see all of your Live Categories.

Pick a category and channel to confirm it's working

BBC One is a good test channel.

✅ If you can see channels and they're playing correctly — Playlist is done! Let's move on to VOD.

Press the Blue button to open Xtreamity

Click Add Playlist

Enter the following details — press TEXT to bring up the keyboard on each field, then press Green once typed

Server URL	Supplied by your provider
Port	Leave blank or enter `80`
Username	Your Playlist Username
Password	Your Playlist Password
Output	`ts`

Press Green to save

✅ A message should appear saying Playlist added successfully.

Click Playlists to confirm it has been added

Exit all the way back to the Home screen

Press the Help button on your remote

Press Menu

Scroll to VPN Username

Press TEXT to bring up the keyboard

Enter your OpenVPN Username

Press Green to save

Scroll to VPN Password

Press TEXT to bring up the keyboard

Enter your OpenVPN Password

Press Green to save

Press Exit

Click on one of the VPN locations to test the connection

🎉 All done! Your Playlist, VOD and VPN are all set up. Exit back to the home screen and enjoy your box!
