Website Only — This Cannot Be Done on the App
Your OpenVPN credentials can only be found through the Surfshark website. The following will not work:
- Surfshark Mobile App
- Surfshark Firestick App
Finding Your OpenVPN Details

Open a browser and go to surfshark.com

Click Login and enter your Surfshark account details

Click VPN on the left sidebar menu

Select Manual Setup

Below where it says "Choose a protocol", click OpenVPN

Your OpenVPN Username and Password will be displayed here
These are the credentials needed for VPN Manager on your Zgemma box.
These details must exactly match the ones entered in VPN Manager on your Zgemma box. Even a single character difference will prevent the VPN from connecting.
Note that your Surfshark OpenVPN credentials are different from your Surfshark account login — do not use your account email and password in VPN Manager.
Once you have your OpenVPN username and password, enter them into VPN Manager on your Zgemma box and you're good to go.
