Update / Refresh Playlist

Open TiviMate

Go to the TV Guide

Press Left on your remote

Press Left again

Click the ⚙️ Settings Cog

Click Playlists

Click Update All Playlists

Change Movies & Series Sort Order

The sort order is set separately for Movies and Series.

🎬 Movies — Sort by Date Added

Open the Movies folder and click All Movies

Navigate to the three lines in the top right corner

Highlight By Date Added

📺 Series / Shows — Sort by Order in Playlist

Open the Shows / Series folder

Auto Start Up

💡 Setting this to OFF prevents TiviMate from automatically launching every time your box restarts — useful if you don't always want it to open on boot.

Press Left while on the TV guide to reach the ⚙️ Settings Cog

Click General

Find Auto Start App on Boot

Set to OFF

Auto Play Last Channel

Go to ⚙️ Settings

Click General

Switch off Turn on Last Channel on App Start — set to OFF

EPG Update Interval

Go to ⚙️ Settings

Go to EPG

Set Update Interval to 2 Hours

Also tick ✓ Update on App Start

And tick ✓ Update on Playlist Change

Go to ⚙️ Settings

Click Playlists

Select your chosen playlist

Scroll down

Change Update Interval Hours to 2

Switch on Update on App Start
