Why Clear Cache First?

Before uninstalling an app it's good practice to clear its Cache and Data first. This removes any leftover files, login details and settings that could otherwise remain on your device after the app is gone. It also helps free up storage space and can fix issues if an app is misbehaving.

💡 Clearing cache and data first is especially useful if an app has frozen, stopped working, or is behaving unexpectedly — sometimes this alone fixes the problem without needing to uninstall.
