Important — Check Your Firestick Model First
For IPTV use, you must have a 4K Plus or 4K Max. The 4K Select does not have enough power to run IPTV apps reliably.
Setting Up Your Firestick
Plug in your Firestick
Connect the Firestick into an available HDMI port on your TV. Plug the USB power cable into the Firestick and connect the other end to a power adapter. Plug it into a power outlet.
Turn on your TV and select the right HDMI input
Use your TV remote to switch to the HDMI input where your Firestick is connected.
Pair your Firestick remote
When you power on the Firestick it should automatically pair with the remote. If not, hold the Home button on the remote for about 10 seconds to pair manually.
Connect to WiFi
Follow the on-screen instructions to select your WiFi network and enter the password.
Sign in to your Amazon account
You'll need an Amazon account to use the Firestick. Enter your login details or create a new account if you don't have one.
Install the Downloader app
To install IPTV apps not available in the Amazon Store, search for Downloader in the app store and install it. This lets you enter codes or URLs to download additional apps.
Install your apps
Use the Downloader app with codes from our Downloader Codes page to install IPTV apps like TiviMate, Waveo, or imPlayer. You can also browse the app store for Netflix, YouTube and more.
